Very, very interesting! It's wonderful to see research being done into this field. And if you ask my brother, the big, hatchery rainbows in Logan River (Northern Utah, Cache County) taste gross and gamey and aren't anywhere near as good as the natural cutties. Anecdotal, yes, but pertinent? Maybe!
